The following is included in our Property Maintenance Contract: 

• Weekly Lawn Cutting, trimming and blowing of all lawn and garden bed areas
• Full Blowing Services for all debris for the entire property 
• Garden Bed Edging
• All Inclusive Spring and Fall Cleanup Services which include debris removal and garden bed preparation

Yes! Our service is an all inclusive solution. It includes weekly visits for lawn maintenance (cut, trim and blowing of your entire property including driveways, patios, grass areas and all garden and tree beds). Your garden beds will be edged and maintained on a monthly basis or whenever required.

We like simplicity. You can reach out to us by telephone or email. We love to meet our clients in person but we’re open to swing by, take a look and provide you with a full quote for each and every service you’re interested in. Once approved, we get to work! 

In the province of Ontario, commercial use of chemical weed control is prohibited. Although we cannot guarentee the full removal of your boradleaf weeds with our service (as no company can), we can promise to apply our products as many times as needed. It is also why we design our package around as many preventative services as possible. 

We are very flexible with payment. We accept all forms of payment for our services. If you hire us for your fertilizer and weed control needs, we do require 100% payment at the start of our relationship. If you’re signed up for our monthly lawn maintenance contracts, we always provide 1 month of service prior to invoicing. For all projects (mulch, soil and sod installs) we require material payment at the start of the approved project and the remaining when the project is completed.
